I know for myself, when I’m dieting, that one of my biggest cravings is ice cream. What can I say, I have a sweet tooth. At first, I thought I was out of luck and there was no chance I could find an alternative to this delicious snack. However, after countless experimenting, I managed to find a protein ice cream that tastes just as good as the real thing!!
So how do you make it?
– 1 cup almond milk/ coconut milk
– 1 scoop chocolate protein
– 1 tsp. cocoa
– 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup unsweetened greek yogurt
– 1 tsp. honey
